Runner’s diary, Tuesday

I need to be more consistent with my running, or abandon it altogether and give in to the urge we all have to be fat and lazy blokes. Doing the latter, unfortunately, would be very expensive — both in terms of doctors’ bills and the need for new clothing. Plus, I like running.

Anyway, did three miles today in 25:36.
