Managed 14 miles today, though I had to walk more than I would have liked over the last 2.5 miles because of sore right calf and ankle. I’m hoping that I’m not plagued by soreness when I trek down the boulevard in LBI.

A quick run today — 3.1 miles (a 5K) in 27:32. A good warm-up for what I hope will be a 14-miler tomorrow.

Ran four miles today in 34:57 — a rather fast pace for me and proof that my legs are doing fairly well. Recovery time was short and that bodes well for the upcoming 18-miler.
