Another four miles on the treadmill, at 33:48. Music was a mix of Steve Earle’s three most recent discs.

A good start to the week, even if I stayed indoors on the treadmill (I didn’t have time to get outside). Did four miles in 33:28 — an 8:22 pace — listening to (what else?) the new R.E.M.

What a gorgeous day. I ran outside for the first time this season, trekking along Ridge and Perrine under a beautiful open sky. I’d been putting it off — not sure why — but I realized that I missed that stretch along Perrine where the corn grows on both sides and there are few cars.
My pace was a bit slower than on the treadmill — 43:55, for an 8:47.
Again, as I have several times over the last week, I listened to R.E.M., Accelerator, and B-52s, Funplex.

Five miles today — 42:01, an 8:24 pace — listening to a mix. I followed it up with ab work and loads and loads of push ups. Ugh.

Busy day on Friday and I didn’t get a chance to post. I’ll try to rectify today.
As for the running, did five miles in 42:21, or 8:28 a mile. Music: REM, Accelerate, followed by B-52s new one, Funplex while I did some weight work.
