My legs are still sore from this morning’s run, which is a good thing, I suppose. I ran three miles in about 26 minutes (probably about 25:50) and then did crunches.

I didn’t run. I just didn’t have the motivation to do it. But I did get to the gym and busted my hump during a workout that included upper-body weights, the elliptical trainer and the rowing maching. I am wiped. I guess sometimes you just need to change things up.

Another day, another run. Four miles in a little more than 35 minutes. My right knee bothered me a little early, but felt much better as I went along.

It seems like forever since I laced up the running shoes, though it’s only been about a week and a half. Again, I can make excuses — the latest being the dogs — but I have no one to blame for not getting on the treadmill or the road but myself.
So today’s run was a grind, three miles in 26:20, and some ab work.
I have to set some goals, I guess, if I want to find my running groove.

I did my three miles today on the treadmill at the gym in a cool 24:03 — why I couldn’t shave the three seconds is beyond me. So a good run followed by some weights and I’m a happy guy.
I forgot to post the running yesterday — three miles in 25:12.
