When I saw this comment from Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff last night, I was put in mind of the old Second City Television skit, “Count Floyd’s Monster Chiller Horror Theater.” Floyd, played by Joe Flaherty, would look into the camera after offering the audience a bizarre “film” and coo, “ooh, scary!”
