Back on the road after five days off. Forgot my GPS unit, so measurements are tough, but I ran a four-mile course. Only way to judge time is by gauging the songs I listened to:

- My Chemical Romance — “I Don’t Love You (live),” 3:55
- Wilco — “What Light,” 3:35
- Joanna Cotton — “Funkabilly,” 3:33
- Arctic Monkeys — “Brainstorm,” 2:50
If I calculate correctly, that means I did four miles in 38:22.
