We’ve seen photos like this before. More times than we can count, more times than we even remember. Buildings turned to rubble. Men and women wandering among the debris. This photo from The New York Times was shot in Kyiv in February. It could be Yemen. Aleppo. Or Mosul. I see them. Write about them. Shake my head. //
