Very sad, it's no picnic living out in the elements with no running water, proper toilet facilities, decent medical/dental care and basic safety. These people didn't set out to live in a tent city, it was out of desperation and a lack of options that forced them to live in such crude and brutal conditions. They can be evicted or harassed at any given moment, there's no security whatsoever. I hope something can be done for these desperate people who have fallen into an abyss of poverty and despair.
