At least I made it back to the gym. I ran three miles on the treadmill in 26:36 and then hit the Cybex for 300 crunches. It was a decent workout, but I still feel like a load.
Goal: 20 miles a week plus two days of weights by summer's end. (You'd think I'd learn that setting goals only leads to disappointment.)
