Bruce joins the dark side

Bruce…WalMart…Wha ha??

Just weeks away from the release of his new studio album, Bruce Springsteen [ tickets ] has ironed out an exclusive deal with Wal-Mart to distribute his forthcoming best-of compilation.

Oh, the horror.

  1. It looks like Wal-Mart made Bruce an offer he couldn\’t refuse. I have a fantasy of walking into Wal_Mart with a blatant day-glow pro union t-shirt and pro union hat. Wal_Mart is the nexus, the nirvana of anti unionism which sadly is very popular these days. We still do need unions to level the playing field between the workers and the corporate overlords. The GOP and the right wing are vehemently anti union. Hopefully the new administration will give unionism a boost.
