Election Night blogging 5

Chris Matthews puts this election in a nutshell — John McCain lost it when he said “The fundamentals of the economy are strong” as the economy melted down. Think McCain regrets that bonehead statement?

  1. Interesting in that when \”financial panics\” are left alone, they quickly flame out. The politicians panicked when they were caught with their hands in the cookie jars.
