Runner’s diary, Thursday

I wasn’t sure when I got outside this morning how far I’d go, but I managed to push forward for a seven-mile run. My Achilles are sore on both feet, as are my ankles, and I’m tight, but that’s OK. It was worth the effort and gets me back on track.
