Runner’s diary, Friday

Ran four miles this morning (planned to do three but felt surprisingly good). Finished in 35:41 — or an 8:55 mile — listen to selections from Steve Earle’s Jerusalem and The Revolution Starts … Now (his disc came out Tuesday, but I won’t have it until next when it arrives with the new Springsteen and Lyle Lovett discs).
