Runner’s diary, Friday

Still sore nearly 12 hours after my run. Did 9.3 miles — well, actually, it was seven, with a mix of walking and running the rest of the way. I didn’t really eat dinner and I never eat breakfast before the run, so I think it caught up to me. No fuel.

Ran with Mike, so no music, but a new route — down Ridge to Stouts, up Route 522 to New and back to Ridge, then down Perrine, into the Princeton Collection, onto Schalks Crossing and into Dow Jones.

Solid.
