I took Friday and the weekend off, but got on the treadmill this morning — temperature and humidity had already risen too much for my liking by the time I was ready to hit the pavement. Managed four miles in 35:52, followed by a 10-minute cool down and five minutes of walking backward on the EFX machine to work my hamstrings.
