Kean opposes, well, not the war

State Sen. Tom Kean Jr. has seen the light — or, at the very least, he’s seeing the political light. With the president unpopular in most polls, and the war just as unpopular, he has finally come out against — well, not the war. He has called for the resignation of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld — though he has avoided blaming President Bush or offering a mea culpa for his own support early on (he inexplicably remains committed to the war in Iraq).
